A POPULAR Colchester bar and games venue is set to celebrate its first anniversary this week.
No Name Bar, in Long Wyre Street, is ready to celebrate its milestone year with a day of discounts and fun on May 5.
From 11am to 3pm the venue's all-play passes will be half-price at £10.
The passes allow customers to enjoy axe throwing, augmented reality darts, a nine-hole crazy golf course, table tennis, shuffleboard, beer pong and pool tables.
Steve Ellis, the co-owner of the business, said: "The milestone has come around a lot quicker than I expected.
"We've got great feedback and the journey has just been a blast.
"We're always thinking of ideas and there are a lot more ideas ready to come in the future.
"We've got two or three games to come in the next year, we're always looking to expand and improve. There is a lot to look forward to."
During the celebratory event, Painty McPaintface and Moji Entertainment will also be in attendance for children to enjoy.
Steve added: "There will be firebreathers, stilt walkers and a face painter for the children.
"The morning is more for the children with kids' party bags and a lot more family-orientated."
