The owner of a stolen go-kart has appealed for anyone with information to come forward.
The machine, worth about £800, was stolen overnight on Friday from a driveway in Rotary Way, Colchester.
Owner Stephen Cawsey has placed internet adverts appealing for information about the thieves to contact police.
He said: "It's not an easy thing to hide away as its around 150cm by 180cm large, and would need a Transit-size vehicle to move it. I just hope that maybe someone has heard something over the weekend and will come forward."
The go-kart is blue and has the number 25 written on the front.
- Anyone with any information is asked to call Colchester police on 0300 333 4444 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
