Former Blue Peter star Konnie Huq returned to Colchester Zoo after filming a television series there.
Miss Huq, who appeared on the children's TV show for 11 years, has spent the past few months filming Zoo Days Colchester, to be shown on Channel Five from June.
Yesterday she visited the zoo to record links between the different stories in the series, which promises an insight into the work that goes on behind the scenes.
There will be 20 episodes from Colchester Zoo.
