Colchester Rugby Club coach Tim Grimsey insists his players will need to be switched on with some “100 watt rugby” if they are to repeat their success of last weekend against Brentwood.
Grimsey was quick to praise the team for the way they dismantled Brentwood at Mill Road on Saturday, but knows more of the same will be needed if they are to win the return fixture tomorrow.
He said: “We have to be more switched on than a 100 watt bulb. I want to see us play 100 watt rugby with fast ball that is moved quickly because we know where we can hurt them.”
Colchester squad: James Brotherton, Matt Adamson, Shane Manning, Elliott Castle, Liam Pickett, Dan Whiteman, Ollie Pickett, Ollie White, Brett Cutbush, Damien Brambley, Chris Withers, Calum Irvine, Jack Wiggins, Jon Vine, James Crozier, Jako Nel, Adam Cook, Lawrence Tapper.
