Speed will be of the essence for Colchester Rugby Club as they look to keep their promotion dreams alive against Brentwood.
With Colchester having to bridge a gap of ten points to regain one of the London League division one north promotion places in their last four games of the campaign, they know a full haul is needed at Mill Road on Saturday.
Coach Tim Grimsey said: “We are at home so we should have no worries and we need to set ourselves the challenge of how fast can we play.
“Brentwood will have to live at our pace and we have to make sure we are playing really quick rugby so we stamp our authority on the game and not allow them to slow it down.”
Colchester squad: Jako Nel, Matt Adamson, Shane Manning, Liam Pickett, Elliott Castle, Ollie Pickett, Dan Whiteman, Ollie White, Brett Cutbush, Chris Withers, Damien Brambley, Jack Wiggins, Calum Irvine, Jon Vine, James Crozier, Andreas Mina, Adam Cook, Lawrence Tapper.
