Colchester Rugby Club coach Tim Grimsey wants to see his players demonstrate their mechanical skills on their trip to Bury St Edmunds in London League division one north tomorrow.
Grimsey is demanding some good work at the breakdown as he feels this will be the key area to provide an effective platform for the backs to play.
He said: “We need to win the game at the breakdown and the boys will all know that. We have to be more effective at the breakdown than the AA.”
