Tim Grimsey has told Colchester’s players to be like Einstein and play intelligent rugby when they head to Woodford tomorrow.

The Colchester coach knows his team must impose their own game on the hosts, who are capable of beating anyone on their own patch.

Grimsey said: “We just have to stamp our authority on the game from the off and not mess about. We must play our game, at our speed, our tempo and our intensity.

“We’ll need to have Einstein rugby and make sure we play with real intelligence.

“Out wide will be our strength, so the forwards have to make sure they provide the platform for the backs to work from.

“The platform they lay will have to be bigger than North Station’s.”
