Another England gold for Terry
England Veterans hockey ace Terry Howlett has added yet another medal to his bulging collection.
Howlett’s already impressive haul of titles that he has claimed while in an England shirt has been enlarged with another European Cup gold medal.
The 68-year-old Colchester Hockey Club veteran was part of the victorious England Great Grand Masters (over-65s) at Neuss in Germany.
The tournament saw Howlett take his England caps tally past the 50 mark at major tournaments and, while playing in various age groups, he has now won two World Cup gold medals and one silver as well as four European golds and one silver.
