While he has no problem with the amount of chances his team are creating, Colchester United boss John Ward wants to see them get more clinical in front of goal.
The U’s drew a blank for their sixth away game in a row at Notts County and they have now been beaten in every one of their last eight games on the road.
And the U’s boss feels it is their conversion rate that needs to be looked at.
“We were really disappointed with the result (at Notts County) as we had good opportunities to score,” he said.
“Those things can change games, but we didn’t.
“That has been one of our failings, if that’s the right word, throughout the season, that we haven’t scored enough goals or taken enough of our chances."
