TAE KWON DO students held a sponsored kick in Bushey to raise money for Children in Need.
Thirty-seven students from Bytomic Tae Kwon Do's Watford academy took part in the event on Sunday, November 17, held at Queens' School in Aldenham Road.
Instead of having a usual one-hour class, the participants, aged between six and 50 years old, kicked their way to an impressive total of 25,000 kicks in two hours.
It is estimated they raised between £600 and £1,000 from the event.
Mr Peter Holmes, an instructor at the academy, said everyone thoroughly enjoyed the evening, even if they were a little tired by the end of it.
