JODIE Rowde, 19, of Harrow, appeared before St Albans magistrates on Friday charged with armed robbery at an off-licence in St Albans on October 29, and the attempted armed robbery of a garage in the city the previous day.
He was remanded in custody to appear at St Albans Crown Court on January 10.
