Colchester United will take on Harlow Town in the third round of this season's Essex Senior Cup.

The U's will face the Ryman League division one north side at the Weston Homes Community Stadium, with the tie to be played before November 3.

The match is a repeat of the U's quarter-final clash with Harlow in last season's competition.

On that occasion, Colchester came from behind to win with late goals from John-Joe O'Toole and an own goal from the Hawks' James Peagram, after Scott Smith had put the Ryman League side ahead.

U's manager Joe Dunne helped with the third-round draw, which took place at Colchester United's Florence Park training ground.
