Colchester United have unveiled a special commemorative shirt for next season, to mark their 75th anniversary.
Supporters can buy a replica kit without a sponsors’ logo, a throwback to the club’s history prior to shirt sponsorship.
Colchester will be offering businesses front of shirt sponsorship on a game-by-game basis, during the 2012-13 campaign.
They want to allow as many businesses as possible in the Colchester area to acknowledge their special anniversary year.
From a fee of £5,000, companies will have the chance to have their logo on the front of the shirt.
Ward’s side are expected to pull on the kit for the first time when they take on West Ham United in a pre-season friendly, on July 21.
