ALEX Bruce has an old head on young shoulders.
The Ipswich Town defender is as intelligent and savvy as a player ten years his senior.
It’s hardly surprising, given his upbringing in the game and the fact his dad is the former Manchester United skipper and current Sunderland boss Steve.
Now Bruce junior is using his intelligence and wisdom to help revive an “up and down” season.
