CLACTON Sho Shin Do Karate Club’s Jack Scott (pictured) was a winner at the Sport England Open National Championships, in Harlow.
Representing the Toyakwai Association, he fought through the heats and eventually won a gold medal in his individual 13-year-olds’ over-55kg category.
He then won a second gold with the Toyakwai Association boys’ team, playing a key role by winning his fight.
Clacton Sho Shin Do Karate Club are proud of Scott’s achievements, not only in terms of his competition success but also his attitude and commitment to training.
The club trains on Tuesdays, from 6pm, and Fridays, from 5.30pm, at Clacton Leisure Centre. New members are welcome.
