A STONE dyke which surrounds the Orkney island of North Ronaldsay is

to be repaired by nine volunteers from the Prince's Trust in Tayside.

The wall, which was built to keep sheep on the island, has been badly

damaged in storms during the past year. Last year there was a similar

project to repair the wall. The Prince of Wales, who is president of the

trust, which was set up to help the disadvantaged, has taken a personal

interest in the scheme.
