MO Osman has made one of the “hardest decisions” of his life and stepped down as WIVENHOE TOWN boss.

The Dragons manager has cited personal reasons and says he is unable to give the job the time he feels necessary.

However, he hopes the move will only be temporary and, while he is handing over the reins for the “foreseeable future”, admits he could be back “within weeks, rather than months”.

Ian Smith and Kevin Brown, who have been his reliable assistants, will take charge in the meantime.
