Colchester United boss Joe Dunne will not make any panic signings - despite Tosin Olufemi being ruled out for around six months with an ankle injury.
Olufemi has already undergone surgery after rupturing his Achilles tendon in the U’s pre-season friendly at Bishop’s Stortford, last week.
The 20-year-old, who made 14 appearances for Colchester last season, will wear a plaster cast for the next fortnight and then a special boot for around ten weeks, before starting his rehabilitation.
