COLCHESTER Rugby Club head coach Danny Johnston is hoping there will be no double trouble for his side when they host Brentwood in London League division one north tomorrow.
Having seen his team beaten 20-13 by Brentwood in the corresponding away fixture earlier in the season, Johnston was hoping that there would be no repeat when the action switches to Mill Road as his team keep pushing for a top-two finish this year.
He said: “We are looking for the players to up their game now and we certainly don’t want to lose twice to the same opposition.
“Westcliff have beaten us twice and we don’t want it to happen again."
Colchester were without a game last week when their division one north game against Eton Manor was postponed due to a waterlogged Mill Road pitch and there is likely to be a pitch inspection at 9am tomorrow.
