Is the Peterborough game still on Saturday? I heard they had the odd shower in that part of the world a couple of weeks ago, so I hope the game isn't in doubt now!

Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit, down the line. The real question is, what is the club going to do about improving the state of the pitch, not just now but over the long term? There is no excuse for a brand new, purpose-built stadium to have such poor drainage and a sub-standard playing surface.

Who is going to pay? The cost was estimated at over half a million pounds, several years ago. CBC has no money. Robbie Cowling has spent all his money. Will you lend the club £500,000?
Col U should have stayed at Layer Road, but it didn't. Now, unless you have very deep pockets, we just have to make the best of it.

I am sure that the season when we were thrashed by norwich on a waterlogged pitch we had a brand new pitch with improved drainage laid the following summer! How come the daggers pitch was playable on tuesday after the deluge which halted their game on saturday?
