  • "When living close to open fields and in an area where these beautiful balloons fly often, expect them to fly low and maybe land in a field.
I had a balloon flight last summer, from blake end, we almost landed in the golf course near Wickham Bishops, instead we landed in a bramble field just the other side of the course, we didnt crash land. Pilots have constant radio contact with the ground crew so where ever they land, help isnt far away. They only fly for around an hour in whatever direction the wind blows so wherever they land is no ones guess. And yes we flew pretty low over Witham but from the waves we got no one was bothered."
