Man suffers facial injuries after assault outside pub
Police are appealing for witnesses to the assault of a man in South Woodham Ferrers to get in touch.
Two men were involved in an altercation outside The Railway Public House in Hullbridge Road at around 10.45pm on Saturday, April 25.
One man, aged in his 30s from Chelmsford, suffered facial injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.
Another man, aged 35 of no fixed address, was arrested on suspicion of assault and has been released on police bail pending further enquiries until May 26.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Chelmsford CID on 101.
