D-DAY is looming for ambitious plans fora£48million leisure development to regenerate Harwich and Dovercourt.
Hardings Estates submitted a planning application for Harwich Valley to Tendring Council in October.
The plans for the land between the A120 and Stour Close in Dovercourt could see 297 homes built, along with a six-screen cinema, supermarket with petrol station, 63-bed hotel, pub, shops, restaurants, drive-thrus and business units.
Tendring Council’s planning committee is set to make a decision on the plans on today.
Officers have recommended approval.
