Chelmsford Museum has teamed up with 20th Century Fox to bring visitors an amazing competition with superb prizes.

20th Century Fox have donated three fantastic bundles of ‘Night at the Museum – Secret of the Tomb’ merchandise to Chelmsford Museum, which are being given away in this unique competition.

To enter the competition – visitors to Chelmsford museum choose an object on display and explain in no more than 50 words why they would like to see it come to life or be used by a real person.

Completed sheets can be handed in at the museum reception. The competition closes on January 31.

Each prize bundle includes a t-shirt, booklet, cuddly toy monkey, dinosaur skeleton model, picture cards, colouring sheets, crayons, key ring, door sign and an activity tin.

There are three sets to give away – one for entrants aged 11 or under, one for 12-17 year olds, and one for entrants aged 18 and over.

Cabinet Member for Parks and Leisure, Councillor Ray Ride said, “We are always looking for ways to promote what Chelmsford Museum has to offer.

"It is an amazing place to visit and explore our hidden history and to celebrate some of Chelmsford’s fantastic successes and achievements.”
