Young rugby players are some of the first involved in a national project to recruit more young volunteers into the game.
The Rugby Football Union has chosen Joshua Chadwick, Ben Smith and Jack White, of Maldon Rugby Football Club, to be young rugby ambassadors.
It is a new scheme involving clubs across England to engage young people before and after the Rugby World Cup 2015.
They will pass on the latest news on the World Cup, get their local communities talking about rugby and encourage more players aged 16 to 24.
