A BREAST cancer survivor from Ramsey joined other women who have battled against the disease for a special tea party.
More than 100 women got together at Colchester Town Hall for the annual bash.
Mary-Anne Bishop, 73, was first diagnosed with the disease 26 years ago.
She overcame the cancer but a check-up last year revealed that it had returned.
Ms Bishop said: “Back then there was no breast cancer care.
“The difference last year was incredible. The treatment was better.”
