Woman admits attacking partner in Colchester bedsit
A WOMAN has admitted causing grievous bodily harm in relation to a stabbing in Osborne Street, Colchester.
Dawn McMillan, 37, of Military Road, Colchester, attacked her partner Jamie Kettle, 33, at a bedsit on July 10 this year.
She denied wounding with intent when she appeared at Chelmsford Crown Court yesterday.
The Crown Prosecution Service has asked for time to consider the plea because GBH is a less serious offence and the case was adjourned until October 17. McMillan was remanded in custody.
