Airport operator BAA must sell Stansted, an appeal court has ruled.
But the Spanish-owned company hopes to appeal to the Supreme Court in a bid to overturn the judgment.
The legal wrangle followed the Competition Commission’s ruling in March last year that BAA must sell Gatwick and Stansted airports plus either Glasgow or Edinburgh.
