Police tracking fugitive with links to Brightlingsea and Clacton

Wanted - Paul Andrews
POLICE are appealing for help in tracking a man who breached his parole.
Paul Andrews, 24, was last known to live on Sydney Street in Brightlingsea, and is now wanted on recall to prison.
He also has links to addresses in Clacton, Chelmsford and Canterbury.
Andrews is described as white, of slim build, with short brown hair.
He has a one-inch scar on his fringe hairline and another one-inch scar on his left wrist.
Anyone with information on the fugitive should contact Essex police on 101.
