Stolen laptops returned to pupils

A SCHOOL is celebrating after secret computer software helped them recover stolen laptops.

Millfields Primary School, in Wivenhoe, was raided by burglars three times in one year.

After the second theft, and following appeals in the Gazette, two companies came forward to help the devastated pupils.

As a result, during a third raid, 30 were secured and the five stolen have since been traced and returned with four arrests made.

See Thursday's Gazette for the full story.

There are some serious security concerns here. From the full article, it seems the first "secure" trolley was stolen and someone kindly donated another, but how secure is the new trolley? If everything is as secure as it could be then it sounds to me like an inside job.
