Man charged after Colchester drug raids

A MAN has been charged with possession of cannabis after drug raids in Colchester in March.
The 24-year-old from Colchester was arrested following raids in Prince Philip Road, Monkwick, and Pertwees Court, Hythe and has spent more than six months on bail.
About 140 cannabis plants were found at one house and four people were originally arrested.
A man will appear at Colchester Magistrates’ Court on October 23.
