ELDERLY residents will have to go without turkey and all the trimmings unless a cook can be found to save the day.
The Salvation Army Citadel in Colchester has been holding a Christmas activity day for senior citizens every year for the last two decades.
Volunteers put on a Christmas service, serve lunch and organise activities at the Citadel in Butt Road.
However, organisers are struggling to find a cook.
