Former minister speeding trial delayed

Chris Huhne and ex-wife Vicky Pryce
THE trial into alleged speeding offences by former cabinet member Chris Huhne has been delayed until next year.
Huhne, and ex-wife Vicky Pryce, have been charged with perverting the cause of justice.
A judge at Southwark Crown Court agreed to postpone the trial, which followed an eight-month investigation by Essex Police.
Huhne is accused of having his ex wife take penalty points for a 2003 speeding offfence near Stansted.
