Broken down lorry disrupts A12 near Marks Tey traffic for five hours

POLICE were forced to close one lane of the A12 near Marks Tey for five hours after a lorry broke down.
The German lorry broke down at about 8.25pm on Friday, blocking the inside lane near junction 25.
Officers had to cordon off the lane until the vehicle was recovered.
The lane did not re-open again until 1.25am.
