Jammy Sir Bob wins prize

A VETERAN politician has claimed a new title - for the quality of his jam.
Colchester MP Sir Bob Russell came first in class for raspberry jam at the autumn show of the Colchester Horticultural and Rose Society Show.
Sir Bob also came second in the category for blackberry jam and took third places in the two classes for strawberry jam and cherry plum jam.

So Russell is busy making jam while Colchester goes to the dogs with drive-by shootings and stabbings.

I suppose there's no prawn sandwich in it for him.

No I'm sure like most other things BR does all of the hard work was carried out by a poorly paid minion with Bob showing up just in time to take the credit.
