Rock hurled through windscreen of moving car

A ROCK was hurled through a windscreen while a car travelled at speed along a busy road.
The female driver was extremely lucky to escape unhurt after the projectile was tossed into the red Seat.
Police are appealing for information and for witnesses to call 101 after the incident on Wednesday night on the A120 near Little Bentley.
The man responsible was wearing a dark top, jeans and trainers.

Back in the days of lawless societies,
scum thought it was easy pickings by preying on those unable to support the lawfull way of life.
this then spawned vigilanties, or,
community patrols, or community help for those less able to lookout for themselves.
History tells us of this over centuries of time.
Roll forewards to current time, and we saw that two years ago, we had a local police force with suport units, that at most times, ready to accept calls for urgent help from members of public.
Then came news from essex police that they need to "save" £42 million pounds in loss of budget, but still carry out duties "as before"
Go out on the streets now and tell me who`s winning!
Now go to my first part of my comments and ask,
vigilanties needed here yet?
