Patients urged to allow extra time to reach Colchester General Hospital due to roadworks

Patients are being urged to allow extra time to reach Colchester General Hospital after resurfacing work started.
The north section of Turner Road, between Mill Road and Fieldview Close, is closed between 7.30am and 5pm from Wednesday until Friday, and again on Monday.
Hospital bosses are asking people to plan a little extra time into their journeys.
Diversion routes are in place. Access for emergency vehicles, through a dedicated Northern Approach Road entrance, remains.
