Police uncover jewellery in Wivenhoe drugs raid

MYSTERY jewellery has been uncovered during a drugs raid.

Police are trying to find the owners of a watch, pin badge and bangle they found when carrying out a drugs warrant in High Street, Wivenhoe, on August 26.

During the warrant police arrested a 19-year-old man on suspicion of drugs offences. He was later charged with possession of cannabis.

Anyone who recognises these items is asked to call Pc Nathan Suley on 101 ext 463140 or email 2739@essex.pnn.police.uk.

It's cracking looking jewellery and well done to the Gazette for publicing it. Hopefully, it will be returned to it's rightful owner.

i contacted the police to inform them that the badge is of Army issue....hoping that may help.....was told that the P.C would ring me back.....no...he didnt !

Er...maybe he doesn't work 24/7? Article was published on Sun 16 Sep, at 1135, and you posted this at 0827 Mon 17 Sep...even the bobbies get time off, surely?
