Unconscious man found in Maldon Road, Colchester

AN UNCONSCIOUS man was found in the middle of a main road.
Police cordoned off Maldon Road, Colchester, on Friday, September 14, at around 6.25pm when they found the collapsed 35-year-old.
He was initially unconscious but became abusive to paramedics as they tried to help him.
Police arrested the man, of no fixed abode, on suspicion of an offence under the Public Order Act.
