Family's devastation over party

A family has spoken of their devastation after a party ended in tragedy.
Paul and Jeannette Gathercole agreed to allow their daughter, Laura, to have a party at their home in Colchester.
They said it was meticulously planned, fully supervised and every effort was made to ensure it went off safely.
But one of the guests, Jay Whiston, was murdered in an incident near the house.
