Police chopper deployed after school break-in reports

A POLICE helicopter was sent out after reports of intruders at Elmstead Primary School.
It followed a call from residents reporting suspicious activity in the area at around 2.40am on Monday.
Officers attended the premises in Holly Way, Elmstead Market, after the helicopter crew found no sight of a disturbance.
The ground crew confirmed there had been no break-in but the call had not been malicious.
