DETECTIVES investigating the murder of Jay Whiston, 17, have made a further arrest.
Jay, of Aster Close, Clacton, a student at Tendring Technology College, died after he suffered an abdominal knife wound at a party in Colchester on Saturday.
Last night, a 17-year-old boy from Colchester was arrested on suspicion of murder.
His arrest brings the total to four. Also still in custody are two 18-year-old men and another 17-year-old boy, all from Colchester.
Update 10.25am:
Detectives investigating the murder of Jay Whiston in Marlowe Way, Colchester, have set up a dedicated number for witnesses to call.
