Not really closing it though are they. What are the exceptions? Buses, bikes, motorbikes, taxis, emergency vehicles....did I forget anyone?

Bit of a joke really. Slightly less traffic on High Street but none of the benefits of pedestrianisation and chaos on the outer roads.
