Woman injured in town centre crash

A WOMAN in her mid-twenties was taken to hospital following a town centre crash.
The collision involving the woman, a blue Ford Focus and a Blue Honda Jazz occurred at the junction of Middleborough and North Station Road, Colchester,
around 12.20pm on Tuesday.
It is understood the woman was crossing North Station Road at the time.
An Essex Police spokesman said the circumstances of the crash were unknown but the woman was suspected to have suffered minor
injuries.
A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service said the woman was taken to Colchester General Hospital.
