Stamford Bridge hope for Colchester charity

A COLCHESTER charity needs your help to win the chance to hold a bucket collection at the home of European football champions Chelsea.
The Multiple Sclerosis Resource Centre is one of 16 medical charities selected by the London club for a shot at a bumper payday at its Stamford Bridge ground.
The charity has to collect more votes than national causes like the Stroke Association, Scope and the British Heart Foundation.
Chief executive Helen Yates-Motion said: “If we are successful, this could be a great and unexpected opportunity to boost our funds.
“Every vote could count so I would urge everyone to spend a few seconds to go on line and vote for us.”
