Man charged with running cannabis factory

A MAN is due to appear in court tomorrow after the discovery of a cannabis factory in rural north east Essex.


Officers found more than 590 plants when they were called to the site at Little Bromley on Thursday, August 2.

Following an investigation by detectives at Clacton a man was arrested yesterday.

Andrew Faulkner, 35, of Waterloo Gardens, Romford was later charged with producing cannabis and also with possessing cannabis with intent to supply.

He was detained in custody to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
