Thoughts and prayers are with the family, freinds and colleagues of PC Dibbell - clearly a truly brave, caring and inspiring individual who has been taken before his time by a dreadful coward not man enough to face the consequences of his actions opting for an easy way out (good riddance). RIP PC Dibbell, with kindest thoughts to your family and freinds at such a difficult time.

I guess everyone in our police force has at the back of their mind they may have to give their life whilst serving; the officer in this case was brave to give his before the gunman got to anyone else.
