Essex Uni academic targets water demand

AN ACADEMIC from Essex University appears in a series of online videos highlighting the need for research into global water demand.
Professor Mark Harvey from the sociology department is leading a major research project on bottled water consumption.
In his featured video he discusses the challenges of water management across the world.
The Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) has launched the Planet and people video series to show how social science is contributing to environmental research across a range of areas – consumer habits, employment, poverty, resource management, security, global development, low-income economies and risk mitigation.
