Fishing lake temporarily closed after concern for fish stocks

A POPULAR fishing lake has been temporarily closed after welfare concerns for the fish.
Layer Pit, off Church Road in Layer-de-la-Haye, will be off-limits to anglers for at least seven days while fish spawn.
