Phone thieves operating in Colchester nightspots

POLICE are targeting phone thieves operating in some of Colchester’s busier nightspots.
Revellers enjoying nights out in the town are falling victim to phone thieves who are taking advantage of people going out with expensive smart phones on them.
In response officers from Colchester have organised overt and covert operations to catch the criminals - including one in Colchester last night where a 31-year-old man was arrested.
